Resolved by the House of Delegates:
That the Joint Committee on Government and Finance be hereby requested to review and study the process by which the Budget Digest is created and compiled and to make any recommendations it deems appropriate; and be it
Further Resolved, That expenses incurred and necessary to conduct this study and review be paid from appropriations to the Joint Committee on Government and Finance.
